Teryl Kelley

Teryl L. Kelley has been with Swift Contractors for twenty three years in capacities from project estimator to project manager. He is currently President of the company and the lead project manager. He has managed projects up to $7,800,000.00 including both private and public projects from office buildings to industrial facilities to airport facilities. At the Sioux Falls Regional Airport Teryl has managed terminal expansion, TSA expansion, baggage handling expansion, office and hanger buildings, SD Army National Guard Projects, SD Air National Guard Projects, Fire stations and runway repair and construction and is currently in charge of the $3,300,000.00 Snow Removal Equipment Building being constructed for the Sioux Falls Regional Airport. Teryl has a current FBI SIDA badge and is very well aware of all TSA And FFA requirements at the airport.

Doug Feucht
Project Manager

Doug Fuecht has been with Swift Contractors for 35 years with his responsibilities varying from carpenter to project manager. Doug has worked on projects such as the S.D. Army National Guard Building and the State Theatre and Medical Center at the University of South Dakota.

Guy Matson
Project Manager

Guy Matson has been with Swift Contractors for eleven years starting off as a carpenter. Since starting, Guy has grown into a Project Manager position who believes that quality is key. Guy has managed the Parks & Rec remodel, Howard Wood improvement project, and the Medary Tunnel in Brookings, SD.

Tim Sattlerlee
Project Manager

Tim Satterlee has been in the construction business for 26 years, 16 of them have been with Swift Contractors. Taking pride in each project he works on, Tim enjoys working with his hands and coordinating each project presented to him. Tim more specifically takes pride in the 3M Brookings project that he worked on because of the excellent coordination between the people and crews that occurred over a 10 year span. He enjoys the challenge that each project presents and believes strongly in the quality and workmanship that Swift Contractors provides.

Dennis Kindt
Vice President

Dennis A., Kindt has been with Swift Contractors for twenty nine years in capabilities from laborer to project manager. He is currently Vice President of the company and the General Site Superintendent and Safety Officer. His responsibilities include twice daily jobsite reviews for the coordination of all materials, labor and subcontractors for the satisfactory completion of the projects in compliance with the project requirements and the completion schedule. His responsibilities also include compliance with all safety policies and OSHA requirements. He has performed as the General Site Superintendent on projects from industrial to aviation to commercial offices. Specifically he has worked on runway repair, hangar, terminal expansion, SD Air National Guard, SD Army National Guard and TSA Projects at the Sioux Falls Regional Airport. With our process of having an owner on site daily we are better able to control all project requirements and we have the ability to foresee and react to any jobsite concerns.

Dave Bunker

Project Manager

Dave Bunker has been with Swift Contractors for thirteen years, his responsibilities have been as a job superintendent. Prior to his employment with Swift Contractors he was a job superintendent for ten years and was also a laborer, carpenter and finish carpenter for and additional eleven years. Dave Bunker has worked on projects ranging from schools to airport facilities. Specifically he has worked as a job superintendent on TSA expansion and concourse expansion at the Sioux Falls Regional Airport. Dave Bunkers excels in attention to project requirements and project schedule.

Ken Nygaard
Project Manager

Ken Nygaard has been with Swift Contractors for 14 years, beginning as a laborer and now a project manager. As project manager, Ken ensures that all phases of the project are completed on time and correctly. His most memorable project is the Human Services building in Sioux Falls. The project required a great deal of oak woodwork and construction door and window frames from scratch. Ken is dedicated to making a project as perfect as possible in all phases.
